Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance
Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) continues to
undergo a tremendous transition and is a growing D3ASO core competency.
We understand the command and control (C2) challenges required to deconflict
and prioritize taskings, assets, and sensors to ensure full support to the
warfighter at the tactical level.
Our personnel, acting as Intelligence Liaison Officers (LNO), Air Liaison Officers (ALO) and Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC) bridge the gap between asset, exploiter, and warfighter to provide situational awareness and rapid support to shape the environment and drive operations. We understand how to provide dynamic, time sensitive, and agile response to changes in the battlespace by simultaneously reaching across strategic, operational, and tactical targets depending on sensor suite and asset capabilities.
D3ASO’s experience providing manned and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) sensor
management; simulation and training of USAF JSTARS and USN SEAL personnel
through Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and Close Air Support (CAS)
operations; proven leadership on air-to-ground range teams as ALOs with over
10,000 fighter, bomber, air-drop, and rotary wing missions; and Information
Technology capabilities including ISR asset tracking software makes us an
invaluable partner for your ISR mission needs.
Consequence Management Training and Exercises
Consequence Management, from local emergency to Tier III disasters – including Chemical,
Biological, Nuclear and Radiological (CBRN) and terrorism. D3ASO has FEMA certified staff
with expert knowledge and experience in developing your emergency response and recovery
training and exercise programs, planning requirements and joint/interagency coordination.
We currently provide services to the National Guard Bureau for two large-scale Joint Military
and US Government Interagency exercises and the FEMA Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness
Program.
In addition, we also provide services for localized tabletop, drill and functional level
training and exercise requirements.
Training and Simulation
D3ASO’s experience instructing, teaching, standardizing, and evaluating
in the classroom, simulator, aircraft, and the field give us an ideal
background for training, simulation, role play, and linguistic staffing.
We have extensive syllabus development and training program management
experience at the squadron, base, wing and major command levels. With
thousands of individual training events accomplished we ensure thorough
and complete training and evaluation of student progress.

Information Technology
D3ASO’s management team has over 15 years of hands on information technology experience
including project management, network/security engineering, application development, and
IT staffing.
D3ASO has a cadre of information technology professionals that ensure a disciplined approach
to the delivery of services through the use of methodologies such as the unified process for
software development, knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) for project
management, and an understanding of the requirements guiding the NISPOM and DIACAP regulations
to ensure your IT security compliance and information assurance.

Military Aviation Range Operations
With over 40 years of combined experience as users and operators, D3ASO knows and understands range operations from all perspectives. Our 7 years experience in leading air-to-ground range teams in range maintenance, weapons footprints, radio installation and maintenance, heavy equipment, range planning, environmental concerns, and urban target development as well as controlling 10,000+ fighter, bomber, cargo, rotary wing and UAS missions gives us the deep experience our customers need.
Air Traffic Control and Airfield Management
D3ASO’s long-term experience as both a supplier and customer in the aviation marketplace
give us a unique ability to deliver exceptional service. Our background includes air
traffic control, supervision of flying operations, airfield management, base operations,
security, communications, and transient aircraft and aircrew services. We understand the
difficult issues involved in Part 139 airport planning, community relations, and environmental
impact. We provide full support for all aspects of airport and air traffic operations in a
safe, efficient, and cost effective manner.
Our experience in Air Traffic Control at Both Camp Guernsey, WY and Blackstone AAF, VA provides broad experience. We have extensive expertise sequencing a variety of aircraft with widely differing flight characteristics at sites with extensive rotor-wing activity mixed with light general aviation, heavy military jet as well as turboprop aircraft. Additionally we have significant experience in the operational requirements and ATC handling considerations of unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
